Most esteemed participants and distinguished guests,

I, as the Secretary-General of NEVMUN’22, am very honoured and excited to welcome you all to the 3rd session of Nevzat Ayaz Model United Nations Conference 2022.
After global conditions forced the cancellation of the previous two year’s sessions due to the pandemic, we have had to spend the past two years separated. Therefore we are very pleased that we have started working again for NEVMUN this year. We have put a lot of effort into preparing an unforgettable conference for you both academically and socially.
As an academic team, we prepared 6 committees:
United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), League of Nations, 117th United States Congress, and Joint Crisis Committee(JCC)
When choosing agendas for these committees, we paid attention to the fact that they are all fruitful agendas that you will enjoy discussing and not be bored while doing research.

To conclude my words, I would like to thank you all for your interest and relevance to the NEVMUN’22. On the behalf of Secretariat, we sincerely hope that this experience will be a chance for you to improve yourselves in both academic and social ways.
As we have always said, this is the place “Where the world is ours.”
